Cooper Boone is the “little engine that can.” Without a record label or management he has gained national attention on his own merit. In 2008, Coop won Best Country Artist at the Hollywood Music awards. And once again, in 2009 he is a final nominee for his video “Country Living.” He has been featured in USA Today, Country Weekly, Soap Opera Weekly, Inside Music Row, ABC News, Fox News, CNN, WPIX, AOL’s New Faces and Better TV to name a few.

Coop’s self titled album, Cooper Boone, is pure inspiration drawing from his experiences working with the poor as a psychologist. From the welfare projects to, drug clinics to prisons to nursing homes…Coop has seen it all. This is a artist who writes and performs with a most generous soul.

2010 is Coop’s year. His new show, Coop’s Kitchen, (combining his 2 passions-music and food) is being filmed as a pilot. He will also be launching his new “Coop’s Kitchen” food line along with his show. Spare time? Sure! He is also an active spokesperson for DKMS, the world’s largest bone marrow matching program. Coop wrote the DKMS theme song, ONE SONG.
